I've been with Aion since beta, and currently I have an Elyos Templar (Ruvius, lvl 19) on Telemachus, and an asmodian mage(Shevan) in his early teens on Kahrun.

As a shameless advert, I'm looking for an SA guild if I can find one. Feel free to look me up on the forums or ingame! ;-)

Like Sinner said, there are a couple of SA legion scattered accross various servers. Biggest is the Elyos legion on Spatalos (Watchers) and the Asmodian legion on Parento (Shadow Reign).

Have a look in the legion recruitment sub forums for info on the others.
